Founder

After 20 plus years in corporate America partnering with leaders in multiple industries to accelerate transformations of underperforming companies to award-winning higher performance, Thresette has proven experience that she leveraged to launch P3.  

Thresette received her MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU) and her BBA from Wichita State University. An active leader in her community, she serves in multiple national and local leadership roles, including the NAWBO National board. Thresette is passionate about advocating for women and leaders to grow their companies with their unique high-performance style and legacy. She’s received multiple honors and recognition including the Women Changing the World Entrepreneur of the Year finalist, Great Lakes Women’s Business Council Role Model/Mentor of the Year, Keynote Speaker and Mentor for Notre Dame McKenna Center South Bend Economic and Adversity Program, Women in Business Video Series sponsored by Verizon Wireless and Girls Scouts – in partnership with NAWBO, and the Award of Distinction from Great Lakes WBC.

Thresette has used her voice to inspire high-performance in voiceovers for Emmy and Telly award-winning production companies, and has been featured in national TV, print, radio, magazine, and billboard ads.
