Julie has over 20 years of experience in various aspects of state and local taxation, site selection, business incentives and tax credits. She founded, owns, and manages the firm which assists business clients with location analysis along with qualification, quantification, negotiation, implementation, and management of incentive opportunities relating to hiring, retaining, training, re-training, relocating, leasing property, purchasing property, building/development, expansion, merger, and acquisition.
