Founded in 1975 by a small group of D.C. businesswomen seeking mutual support and professional growth, the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) has since blossomed into a pioneering entity representing the interests of women entrepreneurs across diverse industries, with chapters spanning the U.S. and even extending its influence through affiliations with the World Association of Women Entrepreneurs in 60 countries across five continents.

NAWBO National oversees the membership renewal process, and we strongly encourage members to conveniently renew their memberships online through NAWBO National's website. To renew online, follow these simple steps:

• Visit NAWBO National's website at http://www.nawbo.org/.
• Log in using your credentials in the Member Login section: https://www.nawbo.org/user/login.
• Ensure your contact information is up to date. (You can skip this by selecting "Back to Main Menu.")
• From the Main Menu, navigate to "Open Invoices."

Renewal notifications are processed by NAWBO National 30 days before your renewal date.

Upon registration, you should have received your username and password via mail and/or email. Unless modified, your NAWBO National website username follows the pattern of your first initial, last name, and the last three digits of your Member ID number. Your password is your Member ID number.

NAWBO-Indianapolis welcomes cash, check, and credit card payments for non-dues transactions.

On the check memo field, briefly describe the payment's purpose.

To access the National member directory, follow these steps:

1. Enter your login and password into the Member Login section on the National website:
   https://www.nawbo.org/user/login
2. On the Main Menu of the Member Section, click on “Membership Directory.”
3. Complete the search criteria and press “Query.”

Once a Membership Application is received, the applicant will receive a confirmation email from NAWBO National. The completion process should take at most 15 business days.
