Business Description:

Thought Kitchen (“TK”) is a consulting and coaching firm that provides a range of services within the fields of supplier diversity, mindful life and work, and public policy. The foundation of TK’s work is grounded in the understanding of the interconnectedness of all life, which is most accessible through the practice of embodied present moment awareness. Through TK’s supplier diversity consulting team, entities of all sizes that want to demonstrate a tangible commitment to increasing diversity by intentionally diversifying their supply chain to include women-, minority-, and veteran-owned entities will find support and expert guidance. TK’s mindful life and work team offers mindfulness-based training and coaching to support stress reduction, enhance brain function and emotional regulation, and increase diversity, equity, and inclusion by strengthening cultural competency. These trainings and coaching are available in person, as well as synchronously and asynchronously online.

TK’s public policy team offers general consulting to those clients that need guidance regarding advocacy, legislation, purchasing, or any other government-related matter.
