She leads the global, purchasing supplier inclusion organization for Cummins Inc., and she represents the Billion Dollar Roundtable as the Vice Chairman. She specializes in corporate and transactional law with a focus on international business. And, she advises new technology companies that are diverse and medium sized businesses enabling them to protect their intellectual property and succeed with multi-national corporations. Helena is committed to social causes and nature. She sits on the Board of Conner Prairie, a living history museum. In her spare time, she and her children are inventors of sustainable beauty products.
