Diane Brown is Managing Partner and Co-founder of Archos Advisors.  Archos is a boutique organizational development consulting firm that helps leaders who are authentically committed to success through their people and taking their organization to the next level. The firm helps professional service firms, financial services organizations, family offices, and closely held businesses in three areas:

• strengthening culture, and
• promoting growth

As a Principal, Diane is skilled at building high-performance teams and leaders. Drawing from decades of consulting, coaching, and organizational development experience, she’s able to accurately name the behaviors and mentalities obstructing growth. Diane has provided countless leaders with the insight and resources to solve problems, navigate change, and create stronger and more effective teams.

She’s a Prosci Certified Change Professional, Society for Human Resources Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and former CPA with a deep commitment to every client and team she works with. In addition to consulting, Diane loves spending time with family, playing golf, cheering on the WKU Hilltoppers and Butler Bulldogs, and serving as a volunteer assistant for Rock Steady Boxing.
